What data we collect

The Flatap application connects to Facebook and Instagram through the official Meta interface. It collects only the following data:

• identifiers and names of the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts managed by the client and made available to us,
• access tokens for those Pages,
• content and metrics (reach, reactions and the like) of the posts the application itself published.

We do not collect data about end users of social networks who view the posts.

What we use the data for

We use the data solely to publish and evaluate content on behalf of the client who administers the given Page or account. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Where the data is stored and who we share it with

The data is stored on the controller’s device. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except:

• Meta Platforms, whose publishing interface we use,
• the AI model provider Google Gemini, to which we send texts for generating post content — without any personal data of end users.

Retention period

We keep the data for the duration of our cooperation with the client. After it ends, or on request, we delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
